Mariëlle combines jazz, pop and singer songwriter elements and this way she finds her place on both pop– and jazz stages. And she really is a promise for the nearby future. Own lyrics, own music, a sparkling stage appearance (she can’t hide her training as an actor) and a lot of energy which appeals every audience she meets.

On June 21-2009 Lavalu was performing in the wonderful Sonsbeek park in Arnhem. An open air concert and a nice, relaxed atmosphere.  Over 500 people were there and enjoyed the music of Lavalu.

Het next step?? Montreux festival in Switzerland, this summer.
