19 March 2009 Esra was with her band Fidan on stage in the Lindenberg (Nijmegen) JIN had invited her.

It became a sparkling performance

During a master class in the afternoon Esra did show some of her approach to realise a composition and told wich elements uf Turkish and Indian music she uses frequently.

A still Young Turkish student of the Rotterdam conservatory had  accomplished the assigment to compose a new melody on the chord scheme of the song  Straight Ahead.

He performed it during the master class and spontaneously Esra invited him to do the same in the evening concert with the band.

He did and convinced the audience with his beautiful, energetic presentation.
